1 HAM, 20 LBS., SMOKED OR FRESH, CUT TO ORDER
1 SLAB OF BACON, 8 LBS., SLICED AND WRAPPED IN 1 LB. PACKAGES
1 PORK LOIN, 30-32 PORK CHOPS, CUT 3/4" THICK
SHOULDER, 1 PORK BUTT & 1 PORK SHOULDER ABOUT 6-8 LBS. EACH
SAUSAGE, ABOUT 6 LBS. OF EITHER BREAKFAST OR SWEET
1 RACK OF SPARERIBS, 3-3 1/2 LBS.
2 HOCKS, FRESH, SMOKED OR FOR SAUSAGE

Where can I purchase a pig?

You may raise your own hogs, purchase hog from a local farmer, or place an order for a hog with Malafy's.  Average cutting loss is about 25%.  We can also split your order in equal halves to share with another person.

Why bring my hogs to Malafy's?

We are a one stop shop.  All pork processing is done on premises (butchering, cutting, wrapping, and smoking) and the turn around time is less than one week.

What pork cuts do you smoke?

Generally, the hams, bacons, and hocks are smoked and are included in the general processing fee.  We can also smoke the loins at a cost of $1.20/lb.

What about sausage?

Sausage is made from the meat trimmings, which is mixed with trim from other hogs that were processed the same day your hog was processed.  If you want only your pork trim made into sausage, you must have 50 lbs. of trim for a separate batch of one kind of sausage.  We offer bulk sausage choices in Breakfast Sausage, Sweet Italian Sausage and Hot Italian Sausage.  Bulk sausage is included in the processing fee.  Please note that linked sausage is no longer available.
